Graphic Design Services Consists of a consultation to discuss the kind of project, who the design is for ( department and target demographic) , and what the library wants in terms of astetics and printing options.

A Space Utilization and Design Consultation is for the library that is planning a renovation, or is just looking for a new way to rejuvenate a space to make it more functional and appealing. This consultation consists of a meeting to discuss what the library is looking for in its design, as well as how design affects the intended demographic. After which there will be a review and report of the space that will address any issues and provide suggestions on how to improve the space. 

Let's talk programming! If you are looking to revamp your programs or just want to bounce ideas off someone and see if you're on the right track, that's what i'm here for. We'll talk about what makes a good program, what you and your team are currently doing vs. what you can be doing to improve. We will also discuss who your target demographic is,  and what can be done to pull them in and get them to stay. 

A Ux (or "user experience") Consultation consists of a meeting to discuss what the library wants and needs from its web presence, both aesthetically and functionality. After which there will be a review and report of the libraries web page that will address any issues and provide suggestions on how to improve the website  to make sure it is cohesive with the rest of the libraries branding/visual design (flyers, newsletter, brochures, etc.) as well as meet the functional needs of it's staff and patron demographic. 

A collection Development Consultation is for the librarian who is right out of library school and might want occasional mentoring on how to go about maintaining their collection (ordering, weeding, boosting circs).This consultation is also for the librarian who has been out of library school for awhile but is interested in a refresher 101 session that is tailored to their collection.

I specialize in high-energy, themed, after-hours,transformative, and music programming. I have a few "set" programs that are not customizable in terms of what they are/do but are customizable in terms of turning them into a series. I also have what I call " semi-customizable"programs" , as the outline is there but not much more. They are ready to be tailored to fit your library and can be as simple or extreme as you want. Last is the option of a completely custom program, where I work with you to design a unique program that fits your library's needs. The custom program comes with two options: 

1) I work with you to design a unique program that fits your library's needs and I will run the program for you. 

2) I work with you to design a unique program that fits your library's needs and provide you with a suggested lesson plan for you to run the program.

Display Design is for the department who doesn't have time to decorate and put up book displays, or who needs someone with a creative touch to help them out. This is a completely custom service, which comes with a consultation about what kind of display you want, budget considerations, and how your project can be done in the available space. I am willing to work with existing decorations and props and purchase/create others as needed to meet the requirements discussed during the consultation.  

Customized book reviews and recommended reading lists tailored to fit your needs, questions, and concerns about books in your collection or books you are interested in ordering.These services are geared toward: 

- The librarian who is working on reading their whole collection and wants the inside scoop on books they haven't had time to get to yet. 

- the librarian who needs someone who reads books in genres they aren't fond of and let's them know what's good. 

- The librarian who is working on collection development and needs some advice about what to add into their collection and want to get rid of. 

- The department that wants a customized resource of recommendations

- The library that wants customized recommendations for patrons in the form of a binder, flyer, bookmark, or blog.

*Book reviews are $10 per book with a preferred minimum of 5 books. Creation of custom lists and resources are between $30-150 depending on the customization
